A career change fails two ways: jumping blind, or thinking about it for five more years. This program replaces both with a method, test the destination while you still have a salary.

What we work on
- Sorting what you are actually leaving: the job, the sector, or the way you have been working
- Two or three realistic scenarios, with the income maths for each
- Reality-testing: interviews with people who do the job, side projects, short training
- The transition plan: savings runway, timing, and the story for your CV
How it unfolds
Ten sessions over four months, with fieldwork between each. The decision gets made on evidence you collected yourself, not on brochures, and not on fear.
